Refund policy

At Card Collector, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and inserts.

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or unsealed trading card packs, booster boxes, or sealed products.

  • Digital products or gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our return process.
